produces and promotes a number of public events primarily, but not exclusively, in London venues.
To date, these events have included a day at Chisenhale and a colloquium at the Jerwood Space and a series of Works in Progress, presenting performance research in creative practice by some of England's leading choreographers.

In 2000 we produced the first of a series of summer workshops co-produced by the Institute for Studies in the Arts at Arizone State University, Tempe (USA), and other events providing opportunities for artists, researchers, and arts advocates to meet and share experiences with members of the general public.

CellBytes 2001, a joint research initiative led by shinkansen and has taken place at Middlesex University from the 19th of July to the 5th of August.
