Great position, great views, but not too isolated and with very good access: important issues!
It is south facing with a wonderful view over the mid Tiber valley, between Umbertide and Perugia. It is about 11 km from Umbertide, 25 from Perugia.
As you can see from picts and the map there are 2 houses quite close to each other, so it could be either one buyer or two groups of friends, relatives, etc...Other alternative: the second building could be renovated at a later stage. Or they can be both renovated at once and only one let...or both! There are many alternatives, so what one buys is really flexible, depending on budget/plans.
There are two nice flat terraces of land, the front one, south facing could be called the "winter terrace", the back one, towards north but open at 360° can be called the "summer terrace" and it is ideal for a pool.
I haven't got the internal plans but I assume that he larger house is about 190 sqm. net, the smaller one is about 150 net and the annex is 30 sqm net.. So we have a total of about 370 sqm. Structural condition of walls are very good, but obviously, as usual, roofs and floors need rebuilding.
